Food is a very important part of the guest experience at Bellinter House. The vaulted cellar is home to Eden restaurant a sister to the award winning Eden in Temple Bar in Dublin. Eden's style is that of simple, fresh and delightful cooking in a smart and modern setting. Our menus are seasonally based and we rely on locally sourced produce, meat, seafood, game and cheeses; all of our breads, pastries and desserts are homemade. Eden at Bellinter's trademark dish is the famous Eden Smokies - Smoked Haddock with Creme Fraiche, Cherry Tomatoes, Scallion and topped with grated cheese. Our wine list is lovingly chosen and the cocktail list wonderful!
