The hotel's restaurant, La Fougere offers excellent cuisine with the emphasis on fresh seafood and the finest local ingredients.
Knockranny House Hotel's Chef David O'Donnell and his team use fresh local produce to create the gourmet experience that is the La Fougere menu, with freshly grown herbs from the hotel's own gardens, home-baked breads and local salmon and chicken smoked on-site.
Its renovation in 2007 saw La Fougere double in size with an extra glass-fronted area further enhancing the panoramic views available of the spectacular surrounding scenery, and a walk-through wine cellar boasting a comprehensive selection of fine wines from around the world.
